Plan Description
Feel the difference in 4 weeks! Get stronger week by week!
No equipment needed.
You'll find a full strength plan for 4 weeks including stretch & mobility session and one light run session to boost your health and performance. Work out at home, in the park or at the gym. A towel and a yoga mat are recommended, but not needed.
Track your process with the new strength builder from TrainingPeaks. The plan consists of 3 workouts per week, with 6 exercises each - should be doable between 30 and 45 minutes. Workouts include videos for proper technique. The number of sets or the duration increase week by week. Day 1 focuses on the lower body, day 2 on the upper body and day 3 is a more dynamic full body workout.
