Plan Description
Feel the difference in 6 weeks! Get stronger week by week!
Programmed with TPs NEW strength builder including videos.
You'll find a full strength plan for 6 weeks for athletes of all levels depending on the weight you use. The plan consists of 3 workouts per week, with 6 exercises each - the program should be doable between 15 and 25 minutes.
After every two weeks the plan increases in reps, duration and/or difficulty level for a proper increase in performance.
Only little equipment is needed (kettlebells and/or dumbbells, a towel and a resistance band would be perfect). Every week includes one mobility or stretch session to boost your health and performance. Work out at home or at the gym. A towel and a yoga mat are recommended. Make sure you sleep and drink enough ;-)
