Plan Description
This is the perfect plan for you next (or first!) Hybrid-Fitness event. We've crafted a plan that incorporates all the specific strength and fitness exercises as well as carefully selected running workouts. The training in this plan follows a well-balanced progression with integrated recovery phases. All workouts are designed down to the specific weights and repetitions. Additionally, you will receive supplementary core and workouts once a week.
Note: this plan is specifically designed with the weights and reps for the Women's category in mind. We also have a plan tailored for the Men's weights and reps.
Everything is tailored towards an optimal performance in a competition at the end of the 12 week training period.
Ideally, you should have done at least 1-2 20-30 minute runs per week and 1-2 strength training sessions per week before starting this plan. If you are a quick learner and adapt well to new training, you should be able to use is plan right from the start, too.
