Here’s a cleaned-up version of your Hyrox race prep program:

12-Week Hyrox Race Prep Program

This program is designed to bring together all the strength, aerobic, and anaerobic training you’ve done so far, preparing you for race day. Over the next 12 weeks, you’ll build the race engine necessary to dominate the course.

Who is this program for?

All fitness levels are welcome. Be sure to scale the workouts as needed to match your current abilities.

Before You Begin:

Ensure you have the following benchmarks:

• Run Threshold Pace
• Max Heart Rate (HR Max)
• Lift Maxes (1–3 rep max)
• Skierg and Row Thresholds

There is a test week available.
Make sure you input them into your Training Peaks zones. You can also select to have premium account and ask the software to automatically make changes to your thresholds. This is a fantastic way to make sure you are maintaining and improving over the next 12weeks.
