Plan Description
This seven week training plan is designed for an athlete that has a previously established aerobic base and consistent training history who needs to return to peak performance in a short time frame. This plan is designed to facilitate the athlete's recovery, transition/return to training, "top off" aerobic capacity and be prepared for the the next phase of training, in-between the strenuous training phases of the Special Forces Qualification Course, such as Small Unit Tactics and SERE. This plan is also ideal for those in Special Operations or other Combat Arms positions who are returning from the completion of a military school, Joint Readiness Training Center or National Training Center rotation or other military TDY/ Temporary Duty Assignment where you were either unable to train at all or very little for the previous 3-8 weeks and need to plus up their aerobic capacity.
