Train like a Pro!
This is a rather advanced strength training plan. You should have experience in strength training and proper strength training technique. But you can also use it as a start for becoming advanced - make sure you go through the videos diligently. If you need advice, please contact me anytime. Make sure you respect safety precautions and that you always have a spotter with you.
Open and print the attached file. You can use it to fill in your progress. Lot of workouts have You-Tube Links connected for proper technique. If you are insecure about the names or language used, please contact me any time!
Every week includes the following:
2 strength trainings (around 60 min each)
1 core and mobility workout (around 30 min each)
plus additional mobility and stretch sessions
This plan is the basis for the next block leading towards Maximum Strength.
Week 1-3 are progressive and should be followed by a recovery week. Make sure you include proper rest and recovery days and proper nutrition and sleep.
