Plan Description
Train like a Pro!
This is a highly advanced strength & power training. You must have experience in strength training and trained in a proper strength training technique. If you need advice, please contact me anytime. Make sure you respect safety precautions. Make sure you always have a spotter with you.
Open and print the attached files. Every week provides a new file. You can use it to fill in your progress. Lot of workouts have You-Tube Links connected for proper technique.
A lot of exercises include links to videos for explanation. If you are insecure about the names or language used, please contact me any time!
Every week includes the following:
1 Lower Body
1 Upper Body
1 Full Body
1 Explosive Day
Week 1-3 are progressive and lead to a power focus in week 4 and 5 (with only 3 instead of 4 sessions). After this 5 week cycle a recovery week is highly recommended.
Make sure you include proper rest and recovery days and proper nutrition and sleep.
