Plan Description

The Build Strength Training Plan is the fourth edition to this strength training macrocycle. The entire focus of this mesocycle is to develop Specfic Physical Preparedness.

During this mesocycle the main format for you is to maximise your peak performance. This is performed through two strength & speed sessions that are primarily helping you maintain your strength and fitness, whilst aiming to increase your sport specific fitness through your cardiovascular workouts. Consisting of zone 2 and high-intensity interval sessions, operating in zones 4 and 5, helping increase anaerobic fitness.
