Get the 80/20 Endurance Advantage!
Regardless of your current physical strength and neuromuscular control levels, the 80/20 Endurance Premium Strength Plans will help you improve by focusing on the fundamentals of building a strong base and progressing according to evidence-based principles in a manner that complements your endurance training. This strength training plan is designed to supplement your 80/20 Half Distance Triathlon Level 0 plan, but it can also be added to any 18-week endurance plan. Apply it concurrently with your existing training plan by using the same start or end date as your primary plan. This 18-week plan for Triathletes features two strength workouts per week, averaging about 50 minutes in duration.
