This 8 week strength program is designed for a runner is looking to build powerful muscles for running and reduce risk of injury.
Each session outlines which running specific muscle groups you are targeting and why.
Best used with access to a gym and standard weights equipment but non gym options provided.
Each of the exercises in the plan are video demo-ed in app and the plan includes a comprehensive document outlining with key safety tips/pointers.
