Der VO2max-Booster-HR-2w-Trainingsplan zielt darauf ab, die maximale Sauerstoffaufnahme zu steigern – ein entscheidender Faktor für die Ausdauerleistung. Der Plan ist nur für gut trainierte Personen geeignet, da er intensive Intervalle bei 90-95 % der maximalen Herzfrequenz erfordert. Vorab ist eine mindestens 4-6-wöchige Base-Phase zur Grundlagenverbesserung essenziell.

Durch gezielte Intervalle wird das Herz-Kreislauf-System maximal beansprucht, was langfristig die Sauerstoffverwertung und Leistungsfähigkeit verbessert. Beachte, die Belastung kontrolliert zu steigern und ausreichend Erholungsphasen einzuhalten.

Zur Durchführung benötigst du ein Herzfrequenz-Messgerät und ein Fahrrad bzw. einen Rollentrainer oder Ergometer.
