Plan Description

Dieser Trainingsplan richtet sich an Athleten mit Vorerfahrung im Ausdauertraining oder als Anschluss an einen allgemeinen Vorbereitungsplan. Über einen Zeitraum von 12 Wochen wird mit 4 bis 5 Einheiten pro Woche gezielt auf die Wettkampf-Teilnahme und eine gesteigerte Fitness vorbereitet. Der Plan kombiniert Grundlagentraining, Tempo- und VO2max-Intervalle, wobei die Trainingssteuerung über die Watt-Leistung erfolgt. Für eine korrekte Anwendung ist es wichtig, deine aktuelle Schwellen-Leistung (FTP) auf der Plattform einzustellen. Falls du deine FTP nicht kennst, bieten wir eine umfassende Leistungsdiagnostik an, um diese gemeinsam zu ermitteln - kontaktiere uns, für Fragen dazu. Der Plan ist einfach und verständlich gestaltet, um bestmögliche Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
Zur Durchführung dieses Plans benötigst du ein reliables Watt-Leistungsmess-System (Powermeter).
