Plan Description

Dieser Trainingsplan richtet sich an fortgeschrittene Radsportler, die sich gezielt auf einen Wettkampf vorbereiten oder ihre Fitness steigern möchten. Er umfasst 12 Wochen spezifisches Training als Anschluss an einen allgemeinen Vorbereitungsplan oder für Sportler mit Erfahrung im Ausdauertraining. Der Plan besteht aus 4 bis 5 Einheiten pro Woche, die eine Kombination aus Grundlagentraining, Tempo- und VO2max-Intervallen bieten. Die Trainingsintensität wird dabei einfach und verständlich über die Herzfrequenz gesteuert, um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Ziel ist eine deutliche Steigerung der Fitness sowie eine erfolgreiche Wettkampfteilnahme.
Achte bitte unbedingt darauf, dass deine maximale Herzfrequenz in den Einstellungen korrekt hinterlegt ist.
Zur Durchführung dieses Plans benötigst du ein reliables Herzfrequenz-Messgerät und natürlich ein Fahrrad!
