Plan Description
Welcome to the custom built training plan which is specifically tailored to you and your goals.
Unlike a generic plan which will only take you so far, this goes a step further and takes into account YOU and YOUR specific goals, strengths, weaknesses and the time available.
The process will be as follows:-
1. You make the purchase - this is an initial deposit. The price of the plans will depend on the duration you want or need - please scroll to the bottom of the page for specific pricing.
2. You then send me an email with the specific details outlining the following as a minimum.
- Time available to train each week and the specific days you can train, length of the plan you want.
- What you are aiming to achieve - your key goals, maybe select 3 key objectives
- Provide details of your strengths and limiters - where do you need more work or focus
- Your past training history, particularly over the last 6-12 months
- Ability to perform off the bike work like strength work or some form of conditioning
- Currently physiology, weight, height, resting and max heart rates.
- Access to training equipment, power meter, heart rate monitor, smart trainer etc
- Age and sex - this is important as it's vital for me to understand this when laying out the structure.
After providing the above and any other information you feel is important i will then set out a personalised plan which is tailored to your specific goals and your current level of fitness with the aim of elevating that to another level.
This will be achieved by structuring specific sessions that are progressive, i.e. they will gradually turn the dial either in terms of duration or intensity or both. And the sessions are mapped out in such a way that they compliment each other from a timing and recovery perspective.
The sessions themselves are Tried & Tested in terms of their effectiveness and are based on the latest science and research.

12 Weeks - $160
16 Weeks - $180
20 Weeks - $200
