This 8-week Plyometrics for Cyclists Program is specifically designed to enhance your cycling performance by focusing on explosive power, strength, and efficiency.

This program incorporates carefully selected plyometric exercises. These exercises will increase your neuromuscular coordination, improve power transfer during sprints and accelerations, and enhance endurance—all without increasing muscle mass.







Who is this plan for?

This plan is suitable for all levels of cyclists that want to incorporate specific and all body exercises into their program.







Purpose

The goal of this plan is to maximise power by combining strength and speed. While strength exercises improve force at low cadence, plyometrics add explosive speed, bridging the gap to boost overall power. Plyometrics also help build bone density—important for cyclists.
