This is the popular training program was presented on the Youtube channel of TristanTakeVideo on how to increase your cycling fitness, climb faster, produce more power on the bike and reach your 2024 cycling goals.
This is a 4 week training program every cyclist can follow.
The average time commitment will however be approximately 12 hours. No midweek ride is longer than 2 hours, so this plan will be ideal for the cyclist working full-time
