Hier findet ihr unsere Lieblings VO2max Sessions auf dem Rad. Diverse IBs, EBs und zahlreiche Variationen erwarten euch in diesem Plan. Neben absoluten Klassikern hat die aktuellste sportwissenschaftliche Studienlage Berücksichtigung bei der Erstellung der Intervalle gefunden. Alle Einheiten haben das gleiche Ziel: Euren Motor größer machen und die maximale Sauerstoffaufnahme zu verbessern. Ihr könnt je nach Niveau pro Woche einige dieser Trainingseinheiten in euer Training einstreuen und hierbei euch im Umfang der Intensitäten steigern.

Die perfekte Trainingseinheitensammlung für alle Leistungsniveaus, egal ob Anfänger oder Profi. Das einzige was ihr mitbringen müsst ist ein wenig Masochismus...
