Plan Description

Are you tired of using training plans that don't work for you? I was too. When I first started training with a power meter, I tried many different plans. They were either too hard, too easy, or didn't fit my schedule. And when I got off track, I felt lost and wished I had some guidance. Apps didn’t do it for me either.
This frustration led me to hiring a coach. That worked great, but still didn’t solve my larger problem. I had no idea how to train without outside help. I wanted to progress in the sport for many years to come, so what was I supposed to do?
Fast forward to today. I’m now a professional cycling coach. I had to invest an inordinate amount of time and effort into education. And then I spent even more time (years) dialing in a process to make planning simple, straight forward, and effective. I know that not everyone has the luxury to put this much time into it.
I see my old self in so many cyclists out there. You’re self-reliant, want to get faster, busy, want to see what you can do with the time you have, you’re trying to figure things out with the help of youtube, forums, blogs, and comment sections. It’s still hard to get solid answers.
If this sounds like you, then you’ve stumbled on the right place. I want to help fast-track you to where I am with my own self-coaching. This block, AEROBIC (1), is part of a system that I’ve come up with to do just that. I think it’s pretty cool.
Here’s how it works. I offer 7 “blocks”. They can be followed as-is or used as templates for customization. They are pretty much all you need for the next 15 years, and you can use them over and over again in your TP account. Each block comes with detailed instructions on how to customize. They also come with a slick planning tool that I developed for my coaching business. I show you how to use all of this together on my YouTube channel.
There’s also examples within the tool of athletes (4 so far) where I show how I’d set up their ATP by mixing and matching various blocks.
In the end, you’re equipped with a system for self-coaching that will save you years in your quest to understand exactly how to train effectively. You’ll have full autonomy in your plan, you’ll start to understand what works best for you, and you can be assured that the framework you’re building on is solid. Plus you own it, and there’s no better feeling than seeing your fitness improve as a result of your own planning.

Perfect for cyclists who are trying to get back into a routine, have been off-track for more than 3 weeks, are just starting the season, or coming off an injury. Can be as low or high volume as you’d like.
