Plan Description
Thank you for choosing a plan with Cotswold Cycle Coaching.
Here, during this brief training plan, we will give you a taster of structured training and we will focus on a mixture of road cycling, such as: Sprinting, time trial, road racing and endurance.
During this plan, we will complete 3-4 short sessions (generally under an hour each) during the week, and 1-2 longer rides at the weekends.
For this plan, you are required to already know your Functional Threshold Power (FTP). Ideally would have completed an FTP test in the last month.
If you do not know it, please complete an FTP test beforehand to get the best out your workouts and this plan. (we also have a non-power based version of this plan if you don't have access to a power meter)

Cotswold Cycle coaching was founded by endurance cyclist, Matt Stevens, who is a 4x WUCA World Record holder and WTTC 2020 6-hour age group TT World Champion. Matt runs his coaching company, and his own training, alongside a full time job and children; so knows a thing or two about how to train effectively with little time.
Needless to say then, that Cotswold Cycle Coaching's specialty is producing high quality training packages, for time-pressed athletes.
