Plan Description
This 15 week Standard Cycling Strength plan is designed to complement your main 80/20 Cycling Training Plan and works well with our 80/20 Level 0 & Level 1 Plans, or can be used stand-alone, to improve muscular strength, core stability, and power specific to Cycling. This plan works well These strength plans help reduce injury risk, enhance performance, and support recovery.
TARGET ATHLETE
This plan is designed for athletes who are new to structured strength training or prefer a lighter workload, whilst balancing a busy endurance training schedule and seeking manageable strength sessions. Suitable for beginner and intermediate endurance athletes or those with limited time for cross-training.
VIDEO DEMONSTRATIONS
All Strength Sessions in this Cycling Strength Plan include instructions and videos demonstrating how to complete the prescribed exercises correctly.
