Willkommen beim Base Plan - 10h - Level: Intermediate đź“• - 12 Wochen

In diesen 12 Wochen bekommst du geballte Einheitenvielfalt der SCYENCE Community um die Ohren gehauen die du schon aus diversen Videos vom Channel oder der wöchentlichen Grouprides kennst.
Ob Rønnestad, Seiler oder Bossi hier kommen sie alle wieder zusammen!

Jede Einheit ist mit ein paar Hinweisen zur Wirksamkeit, Ernährung und Steuerung gefüttert. Hin und wieder gibt es auch den SCYENCE Tipp um die Umsetzung der Einheit zu erleichtern.

Diesen 12 Wochen Plan solltest du nur dann angehen, wenn du ein gewisses Maß an Intensität und Umfang bereits absolviert hast.
Falls du noch eher unerfahren oder gerade aus einer längeren Pause kommst, empfehlen wir die zunächst den SCYENCE Access Plan zu starten. Er gilt quasi als die Eintrittskarte für den Base Plan.

Der 12 Wochen Base Plan gilt als Grundvoraussetzung für die Spezialisten Pläne.
