Es ist einer dieser wahren Disziplinen. Hier geht es um Leistung, Pacing, die richtige Position und dein Fahrvermögen, um die schnellstmögliche Zeit zu erreichen. Schnell fährt hier niemand zufällig, denn die Performance verdienst du dir!
Damit du an Tag X auch das Bestmögliche aus dir herausholst, haben wir hier den Time Trial Trainingsplan entwickelt.
Er kombiniert HIT Einheiten aber auch vor allem Tempo Einheiten auf dem Road- aber auch natürlich dem TT-Bike.
Dieser Plan ist für all diejenigen gedacht, die sich in den letzten Wochen schon auf ein gutes Niveau trainiert haben und jetzt die spezifischen TT Trainingswochen angehen wollen.

Du kannst diesen Plan auf diverse Vorgänger Pläne aufbauen (Base, Ratensenker oder VO2max Booster)
