תוכנית אימונים שמיועדת לרוכבים ממוקדים שרוצים להשתפר ברכיבת נגש. התוכנית מתוכננת החל מ9 שבועות לפני תחרות המטרה.
בתוכנית האימונים מתוכננות 7-8 שעות אימון בשבוע ומתוכם חמישה אימוני אופניים ואימון כח אחד. התכנית מסתמכת על שימוש במד וואטים והוא נדרש על מנת להפיק את המירב ולהגיע לתוצאות הטובות ביותר.

ניתן לעשות שינויים בתוכנית על מנת להתאים אותה לשגרת חייכם. ניתן גם להתאים אותה לרוכבים שרוצים להתאמן יותר שעות או להשתתף בתחרויות משנה במהלך הבנייה לקראת תחרות המטרה.
גם אם תעשו 85 אחוז מהאימונים כמו שצריך תוכלו להשתפר ולהגיע מוכנים לתחרות.
