Plan Description

Este bloque de entrenamiento está diseñado para mejorar la capacidad del atleta para sostener esfuerzos en el umbral funcional de potencia (FTP), desarrollando tanto la resistencia a alta intensidad como la capacidad de recuperación rápida entre esfuerzos. Los entrenamientos incluyen una combinación de intervalos de microburst y cronos de 7 minutos, que estimulan diferentes aspectos del sistema energético y contribuyen a la mejora de la tolerancia al lactato y la eficiencia aeróbica en el umbral.

Objetivos del Bloque:
Mejorar la potencia sostenida al umbral: Aumentar la tolerancia al esfuerzo en el umbral funcional de potencia.
Desarrollar la capacidad anaeróbica: Incrementar la capacidad de producir potencia en esfuerzos cortos e intensos, con rápida recuperación entre ellos.
Optimizar la recuperación en esfuerzos repetidos: Aumentar la resistencia en esfuerzos de alta intensidad, mejorando el tiempo de recuperación durante y entre los intervalos.
