This program is made by the coaches of the Royal Dutch Cycling Federation. That's right, the same coaches that guided famous Dutch athletes such as Mathieu van der Poel, Demi Vollering and Harrie Lavreysen to all those successes.

This 11-week training program will get you ready for the 80km route of Liège-Bastogne-Liège. Follow the footsteps of Gilbert, Evenepoel, Valverde, Pogacar and Hinault and add 'La Doyenne' to your own palmares. In this program we work on both your endurance and climbing skills. During this tour you will encounter some really steep obstacles like the Côte de la Redoute, Côte de la Roche-aux-Faucons and the Côte de Wanne.
This programme is ideal if you:
- Want to be ready for steep climbs
- Want to be prepared for undulating terrain
- Want to reach the top of the climbs within the first riders
