Plan Description
Træning på hometrainer/smart bike målrettet dig, der vil træne dit FTP-niveau med et tidsforbrug på op til 7.5 timer om ugen.
Programmet hjælper dig til et højere FTP-niveau og en forbedret evne til at køre jævnt hårdt i lang tid.
Træningsindholdet er i overvejende grad længere intervaller med intensitet under FTP-niveau.
Træningerne kan afvikles fra en cykelcomputer eller i Zwift, TrainingPeaks Virtual, Tacx Training og Rouvy.
De nævnte app har integration med TrainingPeaks. Dvs. at dagens træning er at finde i din app, når du logger på den. Det kræver blot, at du forbinder din app med TrainingPeaks.
Træningsprogrammet indeholder 5 ugentlige cykeltræninger. Den ene træning kan springes over, hvis energien eller tiden ikke er til 5 træninger.
Har du mod på mere træning, end der er i programmet, bør ekstra træning være med lav intensitet.
