Plan Description

This program is made by the coaches of the Royal Dutch Cycling Federation. That's right, the same coaches that guided famous Dutch athletes such as Mathieu van der Poel, Demi Vollering and Harrie Lavreysen to all those successes.

This 6-week training program will help you burn off those calories and lose weight. The workouts can be done both outdoors and indoors, so bad weather is no longer an excuse.

The program consists mainly of 'easy' workouts aimed at burning fat, such as endurance and tempo-endurance workouts. In 6 weeks, we build up the length of the endurance training sessions and also work on your speed and technique.

This programme is ideal if you:
- Want to lose weight
- Want to get back into cycling modus
- Want (mental) support in your weight loss journey
