This periodized training plan is built on proven exercise science principles. We use a variety of over-under intervals, VO2max, sprints, ramps, etc., to keep your workouts interesting and make them race-specific for SISU Tour!
Each workout targets specific metabolic systems, aspects crucial for successful Tour racing and cycling performance in general.

Training Stress Score (TSS) combines workout duration and intensity to estimate the overall training load. The plan prioritizes intensity to accurately predict fatigue, fitness gains, and training stress balance (ATL, CTL, TSB).
