Plan Description
90 Minutes Maintenance Cycling Pan for Beginners
This is a 90 minutes cycling plan for beginners and helps you to stay fit and in shape. It consists of 3 to 4 workouts per week. To get the maximum effect we planned the workout days and rest days during the week. During this plan we slowly increase the overall workload in the first couple of weeks, the number of workouts per week stays the same however. This is to get the workload and workouts into your system and get familiar with it.
Goals
With this plan you maintain 90 minutes endurance. There is no specific goal like a race for which this plan is designed. It will help you however with a structured training week to stay fit and enjoy a variety of workout throughout the plan
Entry level & Required Gear
To get the best out of this plan you should be able to ride for 75 minutes without stopping and easily ride 3x60 minutes each week. You need a heart rate monitor to be able to take part in this plan.
Tip
You can change the days of the week yourself, but keep in mind to have a day off after each workout. If you stick to the setup we provided ( if there are three workouts in the week) you can chose if you want to ride on Saturdays or Sundays. This is up to you.
