Plan Description
Dette program er for ryttere +40 år, som vil prøve kræfter med polariseret træning.
Der er god videnskabelig evidens for at polariseret træning giver performance fremgang. Tanken bag polariseret træning er, at træningen primært udføres med lav og høj intensitet, mens der ikke trænes ret meget med medium intensitet.
Mængden af højintens træning er doseret, så det matcher de fleste +40 åriges træningskapacitet.
Al træning kan køres på hometrainer/smartbike. Du kan dog også vælge at køre weekendens længere lavintense træning udendørs.
Træningerne kan afvikles fra app som Zwift, TrainingPeaks Virtual, Tacx Training og Rouvy. Eller fra en cykelcomputer.
