Plan Description
This is for the lead up to a racing season in either TT's, Crits or road races. This will focus mainly on building your aerobic system before you add more intensity as the race season starts. On the weekend you can substitute one of the higher intensity sessions for an early season race. This plan will work best for riders with up to 10 hours a week to train. If you have more time then add some volume on the endurance rides and vice versa if you have less time to train.
This training plan works best if you have an accurate FTP and are well rested coming into the 1st week of the training block
