Plan Description

This plan has been designed by TEAM PEGATIN , more than 10 years experience in cycling world.

Once you have completed this plan you will be ready to start your main event. You can replace the time from sessions.

This plan presumes that you have been riding consistently for at least 4 weeks

This plan is totally compatible (upload-able/exportable) with all good platforms including Zwift.

You can use any method to monitor your training, power, cadence, heart rate or rate of perceived exertion, although power is an advantage

Please note that plans don't come with a individual plan, but general.
Feel free to get in contact if you need help or want individual planification.
