Fantastisch! Jetzt brauchst du nur noch den richtigen Plan für dein großes Ziel.
Der Roadbike Marathon Plan beginnt noch relativ easy wird dann aber schnell ab Woche 2 und 3 ernst.
Er beinhaltet verschiedene spezifische Einheiten zur Reduktion der VLamax und des Laktatbbau Trainings und verhilft dir zudem im Pacing und Nutrition Training.
Wir begleiten dich in deinem Training mit Hinweisen zur Ernährung und der Trainingsumsetzung und geben dir eine Guideline für eine Test Session so wie die unmittelbare Wettkampf Vorbereitungswoche.
Der Plan endet mit deinem Eventwochenende.
Dieser Trainingsplan eignet sich gut als Weiterführung für de Pläne: Base, VO2max Booster oder VLamax Senker.
