Plan Description

Este plan de seis semanas tiene como objetivo ayudarte a mejora tu FTP/CP.
Incluye 5 o 6 días de entrenamiento en bicicleta y 1 o 2 días de trabajo específico de core.

Cada entrenamiento se acompaña de indicaciones nutricionales.
Necesitarás disponer de potenciómetro en tu bicicleta e, idealmente, de monitor de frecuencia cardiaca.
El plan está adaptado para hacer los entrenamientos y tests en carretera con bicicleta de ruta aunque se puede adaptar perfectamente para MTB, si sólo dispusieras de medidor de potencia en la bici de montaña.
