4 Wochenplan mit hocheffizienten Rolleneinheiten
Der Trainingsplan garantiert Abwechslung und einen guten Trainingseffekt für Radfahrer, die nur wenig Zeit haben. Jede Woche stehen drei 60-minütige Rolleneinheiten auf dem Programm. Davon je zweimal intensive Intervalle und einmal Grundlagentraining.
Die Workouts können verschoben werden, aber zwischen den Trainingseinheiten sollte mindetens ein Ruhetag liegen.
