Plan Description

Dit trainingsprogramma is gemaakt voor wielrenners die drie keer per week op de fiets trainen en gebruik maken van een vermogensmeter. Het programma duurt 12 weken en bevat core stability oefeningen. Dit programma is ideaal om de winter goed door te komen en een mooie basis op te bouwen voor het nieuwe seizoen.

Dit trainingsschema is geschikt voor beginners omdat de omvang niet heel groot is. Gemiddelde en gevorderde wielrenners die minder tijd te besteden hebben zullen ook baat hebben bij dit schema.

Benodigdheden



  • Vermogensmeter

  • Hartslagmeter

  • Indoortrainer

  • Bij de indoortrainer moet de weerstand aangepast kunnen worden, een hometrainer of spinningbike volstaan ook.


  • Matje om core stability oefeningen op te doen
