    Designed riders training for road races.


  • First week: 9:03 hours. Biggest week: 12:44 hours (week 34).

  • Strength Training plan included 2 times per week.

  • One rest day per week.

  • Designed to accommodate work and personal life.

  • The plan is designed for power, heart rate or feel (RPE).

  • Event Day is planned for Sunday or Saturday.

  • Regular testing to monitor improvements.

  • Before you start the plan, you should be able to ride 3 hours.
