Plan Description
Este plan de entrenamiento está diseñado para mejorar tu condición de física de cara a una marcha cicloturista que implique subir varios puertos de montaña, como puede ser la Quebrantahuesos, la Perico Delgado, La Purito o La Sierra Norte madrileña. El plan está diseñado para ciclistas que entrenan por potencia. En el primer día entrenamiento se adjunta un PDF que contiene toda la información necesaria para hacer un test inicial que te ayude a establecer tu FTP y a programar las zonas de intensidad en Training Peaks para seguir correctamente cada entrenamiento. Igualmente, este test te servirá para poder medir tus progresos.
Este plan está diseñado para ciclistas de cualquier nivel que dispongan de 8-12h a la semana para entrenar. En general, se plantean 4 días de entrenamiento a la semana. Dos sesiones de 1h30'-2h entre semana y 2 sesiones un poco más largas en fin de semana.
