About This Plan
This is 3 months of training for those with limited time who want to complete very long or 'UBER-Ultra' gravel events that will take many many hours, maybe even a day or longer to finish! Specific guidance for how long to ride and preparing for things like self-support and night riding are included in notes and workouts in the plan.
The weekly volume ranges from 6-16+ hours with many options to add or subtract time.
This plan balances sustainable volume with adequate preparation for UBER ULTRA Events that take a full day or longer to complete. These events border into bike-pack racing and are often self-supported. This plan would be appropriate for big ride challenges, FKTs and events that are similar demands and duration to UNBOUNDXL and the Gravel Worlds GW300 Long Voyage.
