This FREE FTP demo is a total of a 1hr long effort (including warmup, work, and cooldown) Functional Threshold Power (FTP) Test. Additionally includes MTB Specific off-bike warmups and post FTP Test active simple recovery rides.
Best done on a trainer for accuracy and reliability, but can alternatively be completed with a simple stopwatch using an uphill road/path with minimal traffic/lights/stops for consistency and repeatability. You can reuse the same trainer or pathway for retesting every 4 weeks.
