Plan Description

This is a 4week Base Training-Phase 1plan . This is for riders that just a had a break from cycling or riders wishing to up their game for the upcoming racing season. The program will consist of 3 weeks of building then 1 week of recovery. Base Training will be divided into 2 phases , the first just getting comfortable on the bike doing long hours and some tempo/power efforts. Ideally it would be best if you can complete both base phases before going into the race ready phase. if you don't have so much time you can also go from base training phase 1 to race ready phase.
