O treino intermediário será realizado no período de 6 semanas. Consiste no planejamento ideal para atletas que já possuem experiência em nível intermediário e que desejam construir uma boa performance.

Se seus objetivos para a próxima temporada são mais esportivos, como corridas, ou contra relógio, este planejamento irá ajudá-lo a estabelecer as bases essenciais para o sucesso nas provas.

Para realizar esse planejamento recomenda-se que você seja capaz de completar confortavelmente uma pedalada de 100 km (60 milhas) e registrar regularmente em torno de 15 horas de treino por semana.
