Plan Description

👀 This plan really is quite simple. It is ideally aimed at those with around 6-8 hours a week to train. Similarly It would also suit someone with more time, you would just add in easier lower intensity rides around the structured sessions.

This plan is progressive, power based and easy to follow.

It will target all energy systems with a focus on intensity at or above your anaerobic threshold (FTP) given the limited hours per week.

The key thing here is that the sessions get progressively harder, so each week you need to be more focused than the previous week, it's as much about the mental as it is the physical.

The plan starts and ends with some key tests which will help to see how you have progressed over the duration of the plan.
