Plan Description

Der Plan dient für zwei Sachen:
1. Ist es ein spezifischer Plan, um sich für ein Individual Pursuit Rennen vorzubereiten
2. Ist es gleichzeitig auch ein Plan, der sich auf die Verbesserung deiner VO2max und deiner Zeitfahren-Qualitäten ausrichtet

Kern-Elemente / Schlüssel-Trainings:
- 3-8 minütige Intervalle
- intermittierende Belastungen (30"/30" oder 40"/20")
- Startübgungen aus der Startmaschine
- Grundlagentraining

Vermeide unbedingt zu hohe Intensitäten im Grundlagentraining! "Polarisiere" die Intensität, entweder locker oder dann richtig intensiv. Alles dazwischen ermüdet dich stark und ist nicht spezifisch genug!

Aufbau:
Der Plan umfasst 16 Wochen bis zum Wettkampf.
