Plan Description
This pack offers six different indoor cycling workouts targeting your VO2 Max energy system. Training your VO2 Max energy system can help to boost your FTP and serves as great preparation for sprint and olympic triathlons as well as 20-40k time trial events. These workouts are best used with a smart trainer but can be performed without by following along with the workout instructions.
This is NOT a Training Plan! If you are looking for plan with each day written out, please check out our Training Plan options.
These workouts are NOT designed to be performed on consecutive days! The idea of these workouts is to offer variety to your indoor training. The plan is reusable, and you can save the workouts to your library to drag and drop in to your plan as you choose. The workouts are ranked 1-6, with #1 being the easiest and #6 the most challenging. Each workout also offers a brief description to help you choose which level is appropriate for you.
This cycling pack also includes a 30 minute FTP test as well as an instruction manual to help you set and use your training zones appropriately.
