Plan Description

Welcome to the Ultimate Indoor Training Plan by the Canyon ZCC eRacing team. We've put together a unique set of workouts designed by the riders of the team. Now you too can train like the pros!

Over 5 weeks the team will take it in turn to put you through your paces. By the end of it you'll be perfectly prepared to take on the final test and perform at a higher level in online eRaces.
