Welcome to the Ultimate Indoor Training & Racing Plan by Canyon Esports - the World's No.1 Eracing team. We've put together a unique set of workouts designed by both the men and women in the squad. Now you can train like the pros!
Over 5 weeks the team will take it in turn to put you through your paces. By the end of it you'll be perfectly prepared to take on the final test and perform at a higher level in online races on platforms such as Zwift or RGT.
This plan is ideal for those who have already done a bit of racing online but want to improve their performance or even move up a race category. However, if you are completely new to racing then you can start this plan and mix in some races at the specified points to see how you are progressing. Races are a great training tool that also help you push a little bit harder than you might do otherwise.
