Plan Description

Este es un plan de entrenamiento de 4 semanas de duración diseñado para mantener la forma trabajando a diferentes intensidades siempre con el objetivo de hacer el entrenamiento en rodillo lo más ameno posible. Se intercalan sesiones más bien fáciles (Z2) con algunas sesiones exigentes que supongan un buen estímulo de entrenamiento. A diferencia del plan "Mantenimiento cicloturista", este plan tiene 6 sesiones a la semana, acumulando entre 8 y 11h de entrenamiento a la semana. Está diseñado para ciclistas que ya tengan cierto nivel.

En la primera semana se incluye un test para establecer correctamente el umbral y así poder seguir el plan con las zonas de entrenamiento correctas. en el caso de ya tener calculado el umbral de pulso en TrainingPeaks se ofrece una sesión de entrenamiento alternativa. Al finalizar estas 4 semanas es más que recomendable hacer una semana de descarga, ya que se irá acumulando una fatiga importante. Por este motivo, se alcanzará un buen estado de forma entre 7 y 12 días después de finalizar estas 4 semanas de entrenamiento.
