Plan Description
Este es un plan de entrenamiento de 4 semanas de duración diseñado para mantener la forma trabajando a diferentes intensidades siempre con el objetivo de hacer el entrenamiento en rodillo lo más ameno posible. Se intercalan sesiones más bien fáciles (Z2) con algunas sesiones exigentes que supongan un buen estímulo de entrenamiento.
Cada semana hay 4 sesiones de entrenamiento, martes, jueves, sábado y domingo. Las sesiones duran entre 1h30' y 2h. En la primera semana se incluye un test para establecer correctamente el umbral y así poder seguir el plan con las zonas de entrenamiento correctas. En el caso de ya tener calculado el umbral se ofrece una sesión de entrenamiento alternativa.
