Plan Description
Este es un ambicioso plan de entrenamiento centrado en mejorar tu umbral de forma significativa en 4 semanas. Está planteado para hacerse 100% indoor, aunque siempre se podrían adaptar las sesiones de fondo para hacer en la calle. Cada semana hay una media de 5 días de entrenamiento. En la primera semana se incluye un test para establecer correctamente el umbral de pulso y así poder seguir el plan con las zonas de entrenamiento correctas.
