Plan Description

9-week training cycle designed to increase your anaerobic capacity and thereby your FTP. Expect one anaerobic, one VO2max, and one sweet spot workout per week in addition to a fourth aerobic ride.

Prior to starting the plan, we recommend establishing your FTP using a ramp test.
